Analog-Fotografie, Digital-Fotografie und nun generierte Fotografie (KI) sind für mich keine Gegensätze, sondern eine fortschreitende Erweiterung der fotografischen Bildsprache. Die generierte Fotografie eröffnet neue Räume der Interpretation – realistisch, illustrativ oder abstrakt. Sie erlaubt Bilder, die über reine Abbildung hinausgehen und eine unmittelbare Intensität entwickeln. Es geht nicht um fotorealistische Perfektion, sondern um Ausdruck – auch dort, wo Brüche, Irritationen oder vermeintliche Fehler Teil der Bildaussage werden. Nach einer langen Unterbrechung bin ich mit dieser künstlerischen Haltung wieder präsent.

Analog photography, digital photography and now generated photography (AI) are not opposites to me, but a progressive expansion of the photographic visual language. Generated photography opens new spaces of interpretation – realistic, illustrative or abstract. It allows images to move beyond depiction and develop immediate intensity. The focus is not photorealistic perfection, but expression – including fractures, disruptions or supposed imperfections that become part of the image’s meaning. After a long interruption, I return with this artistic position.
