Zertifikat & Rechte
Zu jedem erworbenen Werk wird ein personalisiertes, signiertes Zertifikat ausgestellt.
 Es dokumentiert die Authentizität, die Provenienz sowie die dem Käufer übertragenen Nutzungsrechte.
Mit dem Erwerb erhält der Käufer das Recht zur privaten Nutzung und Präsentation des Werkes.
 Erweiterte Nutzungsrechte können in individueller Abstimmung vereinbart werden.
Zur Sicherung der Werthaltigkeit und der lückenlosen Provenienz behalte ich mir vor, die Identität des Erwerbers zu verifizieren.
Jede darüber hinausgehende Nutzung erfolgt in einvernehmlicher Absprache mit dem Künstler.

Certificate & Rights
A personalized and signed Certificate of Authenticity is issued for each acquired artwork.
The certificate documents the authenticity of the work, its provenance, and the usage rights granted to the collector.
With the acquisition, the collector receives the right to private use and display of the artwork.
Extended usage rights may be agreed upon individually.
To ensure long-term value stability and a transparent provenance record, I reserve the right to verify the identity of the purchaser.
Any use beyond the rights granted requires prior written agreement with the artist.

Inhalt des Zertifikats
Das Zertifikat beinhaltet folgen Positionen:
– Individuelle Zertifikatsnummer
– Name des Künstlers und des Erwerbers
– Titel des Werkes
– Nutzungsrechte für NFT-Minting
– Nutzungsrechte für private Drucke in beliebiger Art und Größe
– Regelung zur 10 % Beteiligung bei Weiterverkauf
– Datum und Signatur

Certificate Contents
The Certificate includes the following items:
– Unique certificate number
– Name of the artist and the purchaser
– Title of the artwork
– Rights related to NFT-Minting
– Rights to produce private prints in any type and size
– Provision for a 10% secondary sale royalty fee upon resale
– Date of issuance and artist’s signature
